Role : Business Head

Purpose : A business head runs all aspects of a company. He / She are in-charge of making sure the company exceeds expectations, and remains profitable. He will need to deliver and exceed Business Performance Indicators set in the Business Plan.
Basic Necessities Business Head oversees all functions of the Telecom Cable Business and related managers within the company. He / she needs to ensure that employees understand the company's mission and policies. He / She typically will need to have focus on marketing and finances, finding ways to keep the company on the strategic objectives.
Skills Business head must be excellent leader and extremely innovative. He / she must be confident, driven, organized and possess strong delegation skills.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering. MBA will be added qualification. He / She are required to have spent plenty of time as manager.
Experiences 20 years. Experience of having handled a plant as a profit centre head with 150+ workmen will be an added advantage. The experience of marketing, understanding of costs / finance and business operations will be beneficial however not a necessity.
