- Teaching and Programing Knowledge on Fanuc, Panasonic Moto Man Mig welding robots.
- Knowledge of cycle time studding.
- Able to handle all kinds of Mig & Spot welding defects.
- Basic Knowledge of Jig maintenance.
- Able to handle shift manpower.
- Knowledge of spot welding.
- Production planning execution capability.
- Problem solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and team work.
- Experience in sheet metal Industry.
- Should be experience in tubular welding components.
- Able to handle robotic weld shop (Mig welding) independently.
- Why- Why analysis for quality problem.
