Position : Production Manager
Reporting to : Director
Work Location : Manesar
Responsibilities :
■Check and control the total process of producing clothes, by communicate with each department's manage
-He needs to communicate with each department's manager, like a merchandiser,quality control,repairing,etc..then, have to check and control the schedule, production prosess, and quality of product.
-This position is incharge of production administration. So, he have to manage production line and repairing line . And also, he needs to check schedule of production line, in addition to control of quality.
- If he finds any problem,like a late schedule, bad quality product, or any other, he have to report to Director and find a solution for fixing the problem.
- Put Track-In for documentation and reporting to their customer
Requirements :
■More than 7 years experience of garment industry, and abundant knowlege of garment industry. [ Texitile ]
■Knowledge to production administaration in garment industry.
■Experience of production management in garment industry, not only produce line but also repairing.
■In Characteristic and attitude to work
・Try to improve efficiency [PDCA / Kaizen ]
・Has desire for self-improvement
・Not only instruct to subordinate,but also he can work by himself(need to work like a playing Manager).
■Experience of using swing, and high level technique of using swing.
