Position : Administration HR Manager
Reporting to : Indian Manager
Work Location : Chennai
Responsibilities :
■To support Japanese expats from Japan
■To survey work for set up factory
■There is business trip to another city about 1 or 2 times in a month.
■Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
■Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
■Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
■Assist in the recruitment process
■Liaise with recruitment agencies
■Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
■Another duties related admin and HR
Requirements :
■Working experience in Manufacturing Company as a HR & Admin
Desirable Experiences :
■Company Secretary Degree
■Working experience in new set up factory
