Designation – Deputy Manager - Mechanical Engineer
Location – Gurgaon
Experience - 8-12 years
Skill Experience – Mechanical design, maintenance of Piping, Tank, rotatory & Static equipment, etc.
Industry – Water Treatment Industry/ Water Industry – ETP/ STP/ WTP
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Pre-engineering survey and preparation of reports of the same.
• Preparation of process design basis
• Process equipment sizing calculations, Mass balance calculations, Hydraulic calculations and Pump head loss calculations.
• Preparation of PFD, P&ID, HFD and plant layout.
• Preparation of line list & line size calculations, Equipment list, Utility/ load consumption details.
• Calculations for tank designing as per API 650/ IS 803, Pressure vessel design as per ASME VIII Div. 1.
• Developing Mech. GADs of equipment and related calculations.
• Preparation of PDS for equipment, pumps, tanks and all mechanical equipment.
• Calculations of pipe wall thickness.
• Preparation of pipes & fittings material specifications, valve material specifications.
• Development & checking piping layout drawing.
• Preparation of pipe, valve & painting schedule.
• Development and checking of piping isometric drawings.
• Preparation of piping BOQ & bulk MTO.
• Checking vender drawings, datasheets and technical documents.
