Job Description
Key Skills:
• Min 18+ Years of experience handling large Engineering IT transformation engagements
• Must have led at least 2 large Engineering IT Transformation engagements of 50-100+ FTE
• Drive Automation initiatives to improvement productivity and project CM
• Should have strong experience in leading teams to deliver offshore projects.
• Ability to build strong team in remote conditions
• Should have ability to identify and select right talent
• Implements and maintains the needs to ensure teams are appropriately resourced to deliver the services
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience of managing and mentoring Team Managers and ensuring the appropriate and relevant internal governance mechanisms are in place.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
• Experience handling large scale Engineering IT programs is desirable.
• Technical inclination/ understanding to drive the team to recognize and identify trends and issues and drive Service Improvement ideas and implementations
Additional Job Information
Additional Skills:
• Must have exposure of Engineering and Manufacturing IT implementation/support in various Industry sector
• PMP/PgMP certified is highly desirable
• Ability to work with multiple Vertical and Horizontals and managing internal complexity is key success factor for this role
• Pyramid Management, Attrition Control, Financial Forecast
