Position : Assistant / Deputy Manager Quality
Reporting to : Manager
Work Location : Delhi NCR
Responsibilities :
○The candidate is responsible for the Quality of all products and Bought out Parts / Raw Materials, BOP parts related to Sheet metal press welded parts, Machined parts, Plastic parts, Motors, Foam / Pads,Rubber Part as well as other parts.
○The candidate is expected to manage responsibility for ISO 9001 and ISO 13485(Responsible for implementing and sustain Quality System ISO 9001 and ISO 13485).
Requirements :
○7~10 years of Quality department background.
○Quality control of products, confirmation of complaints is necessary.
○Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications
○Looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency
○Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
○Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
○Making suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them
○Using relevant quality tools and making sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business.
☆A strong individual with a background in Incoming, Process and Customer Quality.
☆Also responsible for controlling Process and maintain all the records related to Quality issues in Process & Product, deep Analysis of Quality issues is must.

• Self-motivated, with strong leadership abilities.
• Must be results oriented, multi-tasking, quick learner, respond to the urgent needs of the team and show a strong track record of meeting deadlines.
•Skills in numerical and statistical analysis, preferably 6 Sigma certified.
• Good computer skills; inclination to adopt technology to maximize efficiency.
Education: Degree in Engineering
