Sales Assistant for Trading Company

Resposibilities :

・Correspondence of inbound/outbound calling with Client and Supplier.

・Making some sales ordering sheet and quotation sheet.

・Accompany with sales staff to client.

・Organize for sales introduction document.

Requirements :

・Working experience of ordering sheet and quotation sheet.

・Be able to do 3 things well; Report, Note, Discuss.

・Able to speak Japanese (Preferable)

Desirable Experiences :

・Working experience with machining tool industry. 

・Working experience as in Admin department 

Desirable Character :

・Honest & energetic
