Job Description
Resposibilities :
This position is responsible to increase traffic to web site, by controlling paid media strategy and activities
- Manage ongoing paid media programs to meet targets of traffic, conversion rate, and sales goals across email, SEM, SEO and Retargeting, as well as collaboration
- Manage budget and maintain ROI (ROAS)
- Manage outside partners/agencies and provide them with accurate briefs and timelines
- Analyze visitors’ behavior and improve channel/contents strategy
- Timely report performance against KPIs and action plans to the management. KPIs include revenue, orders, AOV, conversion rate, bounce rate, and channel contribution etc.
Requirements :
*Minimum Bachelor degree in Marketing, advertising, Technology or any equivalent major
*Ability in mange a team
*Experience in prepare budgeting
*Able to operate SEM and SEO
Desirable Experiences :
*Experience as Digital Marketing in retail business at least 3 years
*Exclellent agement skill and negotiation skill
*English skill: Business Level
Desirable Character :
Easy to minggle with people, and other division, easy to handle stress and workloads
