Job Description
Position: IT Manager - BPO
Work Location: Slipi, West Jakarta
[Responsibilities]
• Conduct planning and coordination, the process of development and implementation of IT Service as a whole as well as to provide regarding the regarding the risk which may be faced with the development and implementation of IT Service.
• Monitor, inspect and control the activity of IT Asset Management operations, including workstations, software, server and networks infrastructure assets according to the standard operating procedure.
• Reporting IT Service activity, action plan, and improvement plans to ITS Director
• Handle Efficiently and thoroughly the IT issues that Arise.
[Requirements]
• Minimum 8 years on IT, with at least 2 years in similar level
Strong Knowlegde of contact center environments and concepts such as PBX, IVR, CTI expecially for Avaya
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, powerpoint, and Internet) and have good reporting skill
