[ Job Description]
• Leading a team of 10 people, defining role of each members and coaching them.
• Create business plan of the organization.
• Identifying issues, creating plan for resolution and implementing measurement until issues closed.
• Estimating cost of system development.
• Making sure QCD of several projects under the team.
• Strengthening system development process to improve QCD.
• Handling complain and issues from customer appropriately.
• Providing technical advice to engineers
[Requirement]
• Working as IT Professional at least 10 years.
• Working as Business Unit Section Manager at least 3 years.
• Working as Project Manager at least 3 years.
• Working as System Analyst at least 2 years.
• Working as Programmer at least 3 years
• Software Development (Java or/and C#)
• Having experience with Japanese company/client. (Desired)

• Requirement definition, solution design, testing planning skill (E)
• Analysis and System Design skill (E)
• Have a Coding skill of Java or/and C# (E)
• Have advanced knowledge in database management (SQL Server, My SQL, Oracle/PL SQL) (E)
• Demonstration skill of business process design (E)
• Advanced technical documentation skill. Those documents include but not limited to System architecture, Solution design, Coding guidelines. (E)
• Effective interpersonal and communication in English (verbal and written) skills (E)
• Good Presentation skill (D)

Japanese speaker / Having experience in Japanese companies, Aware of Japanese working culture
[Remuneration]
- Monthly Basic Salary (Net): 15 juta - 20 juta (Depends on skills)
