- Mainly will be handling payroll, invoicing, reimbursement, petty cash, reporting and all related to basic finance accounting matters.
- Reporting expenses.
- Monthly budget preparation/plan.
- Management of office equipment, purchasing and inventory of office supply.
- Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment.
- Handling external or internal communication or management systems.
- Managing clerical or other administrative staff.
- Handling all related to legal matters (contracts, licenses, documents, etc).
- General HR admin, managing the leave updates and entitles
*Since they are still in a startup phase, it is not limited to above, the person needs to be flexible about her roles which might slightly change from this.
[Skill & Requirements]
Has experienced working in Japanese company for several years in 1 company.
Willing and able to handle everything (multitask), since it`s a start-up company.
Business level Japanese & English skill is a must.
Experienced in handling basic finance and accounting jobs.
[Remuneration]
Monthly salary : IDR 10.000.000 - IDR 15.000.000
