- Overseeing and coordinating the accounting system and records to ensure that the accounting standards and taxation has been determined.
- Financial Statement Report and Monitoring (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Trial Balance),
- Creating annual budget and analyze the differences with the actual.
- Running closing process to system for report , Prepare and checking all Ledger and journal entries & Accounting report consolidation
- Bank Reconciliation Report , Controlling Petty Cash & Cash Management report
- Inventory & Asset Report, Accrual journal, prepaid journal
- Tax Reconciliation (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 25, PPh 23, PPh pasal 4 ayat 2, PPh 22, Import)
- Prepare all data and handle the External Auditor and tax consultant
[Skill and Experience]
- Must have experience in preparing Financial Statement, BS, PL, inventory reports, aging, etc,
- Experience especially in Construction industry, understanding taxes well, at least 2 years in previous companies
[Remuneration]
- Monthly basic salary
- Transport allowance
