1. Provide design direction and examine the concept of structural design on a building / project.
2. Working with the Project Team, coordinating the consultant team in the preparation of the planning concept
3. Provide input into the ranks of BOD and other relevant officials in terms of the concept of structure in terms of cost, time and quality and the impact that occurs when there is a change in it.
4. Making changes to a draft if needed
5. Approve or reject the planning concept of structure within the limit of its authority
6. Develop and monitor the realization of the work plan and budget
7. Monitor and manage the effectiveness of the work and the resources underneath
8. To coordinate with internal parties (architect, MEP / Mechanical Electrical Plumbing, etc.) and external
Requirement
'1. Candidates must have a degree Civil Engineering
2. Experience in Structure Engineer in any kind of construction at least 5 years
3. Experienced in using Software Autocad, Software Program for Structure
(ETABS, SAP, 2000, etc.)
4. Understand Inspection and methods of construction, including construction engineering
5. Understand the technical drawing
6. Calculates Volume based images
7. Understand the laws and regulations related to building design plan property
8. Able to communicate in English ( oral & Written), min. Business Level
9. 38 - 45 years old

Remunerations
Basic 15 mio - 20 mio + Allowance
