Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage all operational activities of the raw material and finished goods warehouse (receiving, storing, preparation, and shipment of goods). - Implement and monitor the ERP / Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure stock management accuracy and efficiency. - Organize and maintain materials and products according to Good Storage Practice (GSP) standards, FIFO/FEFO, and workplace safety. - Perform inventory control and periodic stock-taking to maintain accurate stock data. - Arrange and supervise import and export processes, including document checks and coordination with customs and logistics partners. - Guide and supervise the warehouse team to ensure productivity, discipline, and achievement of targets. - Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, PPIC, and QA/QC departments to ensure smooth material flow and product delivery. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Bachelor's degree ・Min. Conversational English proficiency ・Min. 3 years as Warehouse Senior Staff in manufacture company ・Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
