Job Description
- Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), Finished Goods (FG), spare parts, and chemicals - Monitor daily inbound, receiving, storage, picking, and outbound/delivery activities to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards - Ensure proper storage, handling, and identification of materials and products according to FIFO/FEFO and food safety requirements - Conduct regular stock monitoring and inventory control to ensure there are no discrepancies between physical stock and system/document records - Monitor warehouse capacity, inventory levels, and material movement to ensure efficient warehouse operations - Lead, supervise, and develop the warehouse team, including task allocation and performance monitoring - Ensure warehouse operations comply with company safety, hygiene, and food safety standards - Prepare and maintain regular warehouse activity and inventory reports - Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, QA/QC, and other related departments to ensure smooth material and product flow - Identify operational issues and implement appropriate improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy - Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals and other materials in accordance with applicable safety procedures - Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and proper housekeeping standards - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree from Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related field - Conversational level of English - At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operation with at least 3 years of supervisory level in Food manufacturing - Experienced in managing Raw material, Packaging material, Finished Goods, Spare parts/ chemical and cold storage - Experience in food safety, hygiene, and warehouse safety standards - Good analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
