Job Description
- Manage, maintain, and ensure all utility systems, equipment, and facilities are in good working condition and available for operation - Conduct daily monitoring of utility consumption, equipment performance, and building/facility conditions - Lead and supervise the maintenance team, including work allocation, performance monitoring, and maintenance activities - Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for mechanical and electrical equipment - Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety standards, procedures, and regulations - Monitor and maintain utility systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, water supply, and other facility-related systems - Ensure the availability and proper management of spare parts, maintenance tools, and equipment - Troubleshoot equipment and utility-related problems and coordinate necessary repairs - Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and utility usage data - Coordinate with other departments and external vendors/contractors when required - Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, maintenance efficiency, and utility usage - Ensure the workplace and equipment comply with applicable safety and operational standards - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree from Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field - Conversational level of English - At least 5 years of experience in engineering, utility or maintenance or 3 years experience as supervisor in food manufacturing, with HSE experience - Experience in leading and supervising a maintenance/engineering team - Good planning, problem-solving, and team management skills
