- Support the Key Account Manager in conducting promotions and technical discussions with customers - Review and inspect spare part purchases - Manage communication and coordination with HQ Engineering - Participate in outage service activities - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Physics from a reputable university will be a plus point ・High conversational level of English (able to communicate with expatriate) ・Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, overhaul, and troubleshooting of steam turbine generators ・Experience conducting site inspections during spare parts delivery, ensuring conformity with purchase orders, quality standards, and operational requirements ・Proven ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including disassembly, inspection, alignment, and reassembly of turbine components ・Strong capability to review, evaluate, and verify spare part inquiries, including technical specifications, vendor documentation and material compatibility ・Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in demanding site environments, including emergency shutdowns, outage, and tight project schedules ・Fast learner with strong analytical thinking, able to quickly adapt to new systems, procedures and maintenance methodologies ・Strong-willed, disciplined and committed to maintaining high safety standards, reliability and operational excellence ・Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams, vendors and contractors ・Ability to prepare technical reports, inspection findings and documentation for maintenance activities
