Job Description
- Visit customers using Sumitomo plastic injection molding machines within the Batam area to perform machine repair and maintenance. - Investigate the causes of faults and malfunctions and perform repairs independently on injection molding machines. - Be responsible for approximately 22 customer accounts in the Batam area, responding to inquiries and technical issues. - Handle sales and customer support for customers in Singapore independently. - Use services like Grab or motorcycles for transportation during customer visits. - Prepare work reports in English and report to the local Assistant Manager and Japanese. - Travel to Jakarta on business as required. - Primarily work from a home office, going out for customer visits or business trips. -Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Approximately 3–5 years of experience managing injection molding machines. - Ability to handle machine troubles independently without reliance on supervisors or other technicians. - Ability to communicate with customers in basic Indonesian and English. - Ability to prepare work reports in English. - Ability to be based in Batam and handle customer visits and required business trips. - Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks from a home office.
