Job Description
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire clients in target markets including government projects. - Identify, prospect, and generate leads for steelwork, custom interiors, fixed furniture, signage, and printing solutions. - Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to negotiation, deal closure, and after-sales follow-up. - Prepare and submit competitive bids and tenders for government and commercial projects. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the construction and interior sectors. - Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs through proactive outreach and market development. - Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities. - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., project management, design) to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction. - Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma degree. - Minimum Conversational English proficiency. - Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B Sales, experienced in acquiring projects for custom interior or signage installation, with proven experience in government project tenders. - Own SIM A driving license. - Target oriented with high drive to achieve and good negotiation skills.
