Job Description
>Manage sales process, clients, and sales results. >Visit customers such as construction companies, subcontractors, ME&Ps, and machinery installers who are engaged in the construction of buildings, factories, and infrastructure. >Figure out customer needs and propose construction equipment rental solutions. >Proceed with necessary procedures such as quotations, negotiations, obtaining PO, contract preparation, and arranging delivery to customers in coordination with the team. >Manage customer relationships including handling complaints and timely collection of accounts receivable. Conduct sales activities targeting Chinese companies engaged in construction, factory, and infrastructure projects. >Negotiate confidently with Chinese clients regarding rental agreements, pricing, and overdue payment collection. >Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
>Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in any industry. >Business level mandarin proficiency >Willing to conduct sales visits to construction sites and client offices by car. Driver’s license is preferred. >Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
