Job Description
- Coordinate daily communications and follow-ups with China-based OEM partners - Monitor and manage order processing, shipment schedules, and inventory levels - Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations related to OEM operations - Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain smooth workflow and client satisfaction - Assist in the onboarding of new OEM projects, including documentation, scheduling, and resource allocation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, procurement, logistics) to ensure project milestones are met - Track progress of new initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders - Participate in project meetings and contribute to planning and execution strategies - Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to OEM activities - Support contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and filing agreements - Handle data entry, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making - Coordinate travel, meetings, and other logistics for internal teams and OEM partners as needed - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree from Economics or related major - Conversational level of English proficiency - 3 years of experience as sales to OEM Automotive companies in Indonesia - Strong team player with attention to detail
