Job Description
- Manage and strengthen relationships with dealers through effective managerial-level communication and strategic partnership development - Achieve annual wholesale unit sales targets by developing and executing regional sales strategies and action plans - Develop and manage key account customers, including identifying and securing new business opportunities with major customers and project owners in the Kalimantan region - Collaborate closely with dealers to build strong relationships with end users and support the development of 3–5 strategic key partner customers - Act as the sales frontliner by maintaining regular engagement with dealers and customers to understand market needs and provide effective solutions - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and improve sales performance - Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports on sales performance, key metrics, and business activities for management review - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer requirements, dealer feedback, and market issues are addressed effectively and translated into improvement initiatives - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field - Business English proficiency - Minimum 8 years as Sales (with managerial experience) handling Excavator and Wheel Loader products, developing major accounts and managing dealer in Sulawesi area - Strong knowledge of heavy equipment sales, dealer management, key account management, strategic sales planning, market analysis, sales forecasting, business development, SAP, Microsoft Office, and customer relationship management - Willing to travel extensively - Proactive, good communication skill, strategical thinker, results-oriented with a high sense of ownership and responsibility
