- Overall responsibility for sales and operations (import/export, delivery, etc.) departments - Business revenue management, budget formulation, and measurement management - Business trips to Semarang, Surabaya, and Batam bases and operation management duties - Visiting key clients - Back office department management - Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Minimum 10 years of management experience in forwarding industry - Business level English for communication - Experience in overall business management of forwarding, air/sea export logistics operations - Leadership and management capabilities
