Job Description

- Develop and implement annual marketing plans and strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth targets
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, sales promotion activities, and branding initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and expand market share
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support strategic business decisions
- Preparing proposals, presentations, quotations, and other sales support materials to enhance customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, particularly within the automotive manufacturing industry
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives in the Plastic Injection, Mold Maker, and B2B manufacturing sectors
- Prepare cost calculations and pricing analyses to support sales activities and customer negotiations
- Monitor, evaluate, and report the effectiveness of marketing programs, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments, including Production, Engineering, and Finance, to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales activities
- Support management in achieving sales targets, business expansion plans, and customer satisfaction objectives
- Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Business level of English
- At least 3 years of experience as Assistant Manager/ Supervisor with proven experience in business development, marketing and sales in the plastic injection and mold maker sector for automotive manufacturing
- Proven experience in cost calculation, pricing strategy, and commercial analysis
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong problem-solving skills
