Responsibilities
- Develop sales and marketing plan
- Suggest and develop strategical actions of the Sales and Planning Division in terms of turnover, profitability, new products and competitors
- Makes available and well known to Sales and Planning Division organization the Customer Quality requirements, needs and wants
- Develop sales and marketing plan
- Direct and support efforts of functional areas (engineering, reliability, etc)
- Develop pricing policy and prices in line with profitability objectives
- Maintain complete confidentiality of all documents, drawings, development, plan, etc. of Ichikoh customers and suppliers
- Support customer negotiations including resolves customer conflicts with Ichikoh policies / program and develop appropriate sales terms and contracts

- Male / Female
- Have a minimum of S1 degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Have skills in negotiating, forecasting and budgeting
- Have a minimum of 7 year experiences as Account Executive with 3 years experiences in International Selling at Japanese Automotive industry
- He / she must have excellent leadership, comunication and interpersonal skills
