Job Description
- Manage relationships with existing customers - Acquire new clients and conduct marketing activities - Coordinate and plan shipment arrangements for customers - Understand customers' needs and follow up on RFQ (Request for Quotation) - Support customer claims and inquiries documentation - Other responsibilities as required
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree - High Conversational Japanese (min. N3) and English proficiency (fluency for communication with expat customers) - Min. 5 years of experience as Sales & Marketing Japanese Speaker in Automotive or Electronics industry, experienced in communicating with Japanese customers - Good communication skill, Good interpersonal skill - Able to join immediately
