Job Description
-Sales activities primarily focused on existing customers (follow-ups, repeat orders, and additional order handling) -Building and maintaining long-term relationships with Japanese and existing clients -Preparing sales plans, sales forecasting, and progress management -Communicating and negotiating with clients as needed -Reporting sales activities and results to Japanese management (Head Office / Director) -Supporting section management and team coordination as needed -Other related duties as required
Job Requirement
-Experience in the automotive or motorcycle parts manufacturing industry -Sales experience, or strong motivation to work in sales (sales experience is not mandatory if there is relevant industry experience) -More than high conversational level Japanese -Stable career
