Job Description
・Support the achievement of assigned sales targets and KPIs (order intake, revenue, pipeline development). ・Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives. ・Manage sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting. ・Maintain strong relationships with key customers in Automotive, Manufacturing, and F&B sectors. ・Act as the main point of contact for strategic clients. ・Handle customer issues, escalations, and ensure high level of customer satisfaction. ・Monitor individual and team sales performance. ・Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management ・Analyze gaps and propose improvement actions. ・Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. ・Develop new business opportunities and expand customer base. ・Proactively approach potential clients and generate leads. ・Understand customer requirements and propose suitable warehouse automation solutions. ・Collaborate with engineering and project teams to develop technical proposals Support presentations, tenders, and contract negotiations. ・Ensure smooth daily sales operations and internal coordination with engineering, project, and service teams. ・Oversee proposal timelines, documentation, and approval processes. ・Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. ・Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
・Min. Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering ・High Conversational English proficiency ・3 years of experience as Sales Engineer (Executive or Supervisor level), experienced in selling to Automotive Manufacture ・Experienced in using AutoCAD Inventor ・Good work ethics, willing to learn, polite, strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and confident
