Job Description
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive OEM and Tier-1 customers.
-Understand customer technical requirements and translate them into internal specifications.
-Promote and present product solutions (adhesives and metal stamping parts) to customers.
-Coordinate with R&D and production teams to support customer projects, trials, and product development.
-Prepare quotations, handle inquiries, and follow up on project progress and delivery schedules.
-Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
-Achieve sales targets and contribute to strategic sales planning.
-Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields
・Min 1-3 years of experience as sales engineer in manufacturing for 4W automotive parts
・Business level of English
