Job Description
- Develop new customers and expand business opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers - Achieve business growth targets by identifying and developing new project opportunities - Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, applicators, distributors, and other project stakeholders - Conduct customer meetings and project/site visits to understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities - Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and coordinate orders, purchasing, and delivery schedules to project sites - Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including product consultation, troubleshooting, and customer training - Work closely with the Sales and Specification Teams to identify, qualify, and develop project opportunities - Collaborate with the Technical Team to provide suitable product solutions and address technical inquiries or product-related issues - Understand customer needs, challenges, and pain points and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions - Coordinate with the Collection Administration Team regarding customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts - Prepare regular sales activity and progress reports for the Sales Manager and Director - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, or a related field - Conversational level of English proficiency - Have 2 years of experience as project sales, technical sales or sales engineer in building materials, waterproofing, concrete/concrete admixtures, paint for projects construction - Existing network and relationships with main contractors, consultants, applicators, distributors, or other construction industry stakeholders - Possess SIM A and personal vehicle for business purposes - Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
