Job Description
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure long term business partnerships and customer satisfaction - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally - Monitor customer satisfaction and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues effectively - Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and company objectives - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries, including automotive, electronics, consumer goods, and other manufacturing sectors - Support the development of annual sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans - Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer demands, and competitor activities and gather and evaluate market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and potential business risks - Prepare and manage sales-related documents, including quotations, contracts, agreements, sales reports, and presentations - Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer orders, delivery schedules, and project status - Prepare periodic sales performance reports and business updates for management review - Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Finance departments to ensure smooth execution of customer projects and deliveries - Support new product development activities and coordinate project requirements with customers and internal stakeholders - Participate in customer audits, exhibitions, and business meetings when required - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field - Business level proficiency in English - At least 7 years of total experience in Sales or Business Development, with the most recent 3 years at an Assistant Manager or Supervisor level, specifically in Japanese plastics injection, mold and die, or automotive parts manufacturing - Must hold a SIM A driver's license and demonstrate a stable career history - Strong leadership and team management capabilities - Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
