Job Description
- Lead new business sales in the Indonesian property market (Jakarta & Bali) - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders - Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals - Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance sales strategies and customer engagement - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth - Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management - Conduct proactive sales activities (door-to-door approach) - Perform other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree graduate - Business level English - 3–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development in either A OR B below: A: Building Management, Real Estate, Property Management, Building Maintenance, Leasing B: Property-related vendors: HVAC, Engineering, Housekeeping, Parking, etc. - Proven experience in managing sales team - Willing to travel frequently
