Job Description
- Analyze customer store weaknesses and make improvements regarding layout design - Cooperate with Designer Team to review and develop new products - Contact for VM retail store and propose product suggestions suitable for their store concept - Manage client projects and attend site when appointed as main supplier of display store (in or outside Java island) - Communicate in Japanese with Japanese PD and HQ in Japan - Source new buyers and maintain current customer inquiries - Support all division sections to raise sales volume - Join exhibitions to promote products - Support installation for any project - Report design and proposals for customers to management - Submit quotation, PO, and other supporting document data to finance division for invoice release - Support follow-up of customer payments - Handle other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Diploma degree from all major - High Conversational level of Japanese (N3 level) and conversational level of English - Min. 3 years experiences for Sales level with strong B2B sales skills, preferably from furniture/retail - Good product knowledge regarding retail components, time management, and team-work, comprehensive understanding of the local area and its dynamics - Willing to do business trip in and outside Java island and to work outside of working hours if needed - Holding SIM A and able to drive a car is preferred
