Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Source, evaluate, and secure suitable restaurant and canteen operators to achieve a balanced and profitable tenant mix. - Lead lease discussions and coordinate the onboarding process for new F&B tenants. - Serve as the main liaison for tenants, addressing operational needs and fostering long-term partnerships. - Monitor and ensure tenant adherence to building management policies and operational standards. - Research, recommend, and support the development of value-added amenities to improve occupant experience. - Track F&B industry trends and competitor activity within Jakarta’s premium commercial market. - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree ・Business English proficiency (professional business use for external & internal communication) ・Min. 2 years as Sales for Premium Retail Leasing, experienced in targeting mid to high end F&B tenants ・Good communication skill, good negotiation skill
