<Report Line : Japanese Sales Director > <Products: personal care (baby diapers, sanitary napkins > <Clients: Local distributor> <Job Responsibilities> 1. Creating a sales plan based on the annual sales target and lead the team to achieve the volumes and revenues target 2. Managing and Directing the utilization of products through the sales team 3. Responsible to deliver the sales plan & strategy towards the whole sales field through their ASM (Area Sales Manager) 4. Responsible to prepare the Sales Report and reporting it directly to the Sales Director in headquarter (Jakarta)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > 1. Minimum 7 years experience as Sales in FMCG business (preferable from personal care product) 2. Strategic thinking with superior business judgement 3. Superior communication, leadership & people management skill 4. Willing to be placed anywhere in Indonesia 5. Business level in English
