Job Description
- Translate documents between Japanese and Indonesian, including correspondence, agreements, candidate profiles, and operational documents. - Provide Japanese–Indonesian interpretation during meetings, candidate interviews, and internal discussions when required. - Ensure accuracy, clarity, and confidentiality of all translation and interpretation assignments. - Manage the purchasing of stationery, classroom materials, and office supplies according to company needs and budget. - Monitor inventory and coordinate timely replenishment of office and training materials. - Coordinate with University regarding student-related updates, operational needs, events, and other matters. - Build and maintain good communication with University students and university-related contacts. - Act as the PIC for student counseling and consultation, responding to inquiries and providing initial support regarding training and Japan employment programs. - Support student recruitment, information sessions, campus activities, and other initiatives targeting university students. - Coordinate internally regarding student concerns, training schedules, and Japan employment opportunities. - Prepare administrative reports and maintain accurate records related to students and office activities. - Perform other HRGA and administrative duties as assigned by management. - Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree - High Conversational Japanese (similar to N3) & High Conversational English proficiency - 1 year of experience as HR Recruitment Japanese Speaker in Japanese company - Willing to travel to Depok for events - Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently
