Job Description
- Support the R&D Manager in coordinating, planning, and managing research and development initiatives. - Lead and mentor the R&D team to ensure projects are executed efficiently and achieve established objectives. - Work closely with cross-functional departments to identify opportunities for new product development and improve existing products. - Evaluate market trends, customer insights, and industry developments to guide R&D strategies and innovation efforts. - Perform feasibility assessments, prototype development, and product testing to validate new concepts. - Track project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to maximize the effectiveness of R&D activities. - Prepare and present documentation and reports on R&D progress, project outcomes, and key findings to stakeholders. - Assist in implementing quality assurance procedures and driving continuous improvement across R&D processes. - Formulate and optimize rubber compound recipes to meet product performance and quality requirements. - Conduct material testing, evaluation, and analysis to support compound formulation and development. - Oversee laboratory operations, ensuring proper maintenance, calibration, and functionality of testing equipment. - Maintain technical documentation and support the management and protection of intellectual property related to R&D innovations. - Other tasks assigned
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma Degree - Minimum Business English proficiency - Minimum 5 years of experience as R&D in a rubber manufacturing company - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
