Job Description
- Develop initial cost plans and estimates in the early design phases to keep projects aligned with budget targets. - Carry out independent cost evaluations and pricing for projects; review analyses submitted by partners and provide input or recommendations. - Produce comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to support tendering processes and commercial proposals in accordance with client specifications. - Assess contractor bids, standardize submissions for fair comparison, examine cost breakdowns, and offer recommendations to management or clients. - Identify and manage a network of local suppliers and subcontractors; regularly update internal databases for cost information and vendor records. - Determine and confirm the availability, location, accessibility, and technical specifications of essential materials and industrial resources. - Work closely with technical teams on site visits and reporting activities. - Take part in pre-bid discussions and post-bid clarifications with clients. Arrange clarification meetings with suppliers and subcontractors as needed. - Perform continuous market analysis to monitor pricing trends for materials, equipment, and labor across target regions. - Prepare and manage commercial and contractual documentation to support marketing efforts and day-to-day operations. - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
・Min. Bachelor's degree in Engineering ・Min. High Conversational Mandarin proficiency and Conversational English proficiency ・Min. 5 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor/Estimator in Construction industry ・Proficient in cost estimation, Bills of Quantity preparation, and Cost Control ・Strong communication, coordination, and eagerness to learn
