Job Description
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's Quality Management System (QMS). - Monitor compliance with applicable quality standards, company procedures, and ISO requirements. - Prepare, maintain, control, and organize quality-related documents, records, and procedures. - Conduct internal audits and monitor the progress of audit findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions. - Identify potential quality issues and support root cause analysis to determine the underlying causes. - Coordinate with relevant departments to implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). - Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and follow up on improvement activities to ensure sustainable results. - Support the development and implementation of quality improvement programs and initiatives. - Assist in preparing for and coordinating internal, customer, and external ISO audits. - Monitor, document, and report quality-related findings, non-conformities, and improvement opportunities to management. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of audit results, non-conformities, corrective actions, and other quality-related activities. - Coordinate with relevant departments to address quality issues and ensure timely implementation of improvement actions. - Support quality-related projects and initiatives as assigned by management. - Represent in carrying out document control procedures and quality records for ISO 9001:2015. - Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree from engineering from reputable university - Business level of English - Have 2 years of experience as QMS document control for ISO 9001:2015 in automotive manufactures - Have internal auditor certification ISO 9001:2015 - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Strong analytical and interpersonal skill
