Job Description
- Conduct QC patrols to ensure factory operations comply with SOPs and quality standards. - Perform physical, sensory, and basic microbiological product analysis. - Inspect incoming raw materials and finished goods before delivery and cold storage. - Prepare, operate, clean, sterilize, and maintain laboratory equipment and testing laboratory - Record and input inspection and analysis data accurately, including QC logs and systems. - Supervise production processes, including filling and controlled cooling. - Monitor storage, shipment, and distribution conditions, including vehicle cleanliness and temperature control. - Prepare weekly QC reports and Certificates of Analysis (COA) when required. - Support R&D activities, including raw material handling and laboratory weighing requests. - Ensure continuous compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards. Sterilize laboratory equipment before disposal (e.g., compact dry) and prior to use (media for microbiological analysis). - Prepare culture media for microbiological testing. - Operate and maintain laboratory analysis instruments such as moisture analyzers, pH meters, Brix meters, refractometers, and temperature measurement devices. - Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology or related field ・Business level of English and proficient in data recording, report preparation, and advanced computer applications (e.g., MS Excel). ・Have 2 years of experience as Quality Control in Japanese food manufacture ・Have experience in laboratory analysis equipment such as moisture analyzer, pH meter, temperature Measurement Devices, Brix Meter ・Have experience in handling microbiological media, testing methods and conduct sterilization process ・Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work accurately with data and documentation. ・Willing to work on the production floor and in laboratory environments.
