Job Description
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of materials and services. - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs. - Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with company standards. - Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and reports. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project requirements and operational goals. - Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to strategic procurement planning. - Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
・Business level English ・At least 5 years experience as purchasing with importing from abroad in Japanese Trading/ manufacturing/ automation/ machinery industry *Need knowledge about import ・Deep understanding of concept for Ho-Ren-So
