Job Description
- Support supply chain order fulfilment process - Assist and maintain company software system on all purchasing master data related to suppliers, pricing, and freight - Process purchase order, samples and maintain order status in company software system - Liaise with suppliers on delivery, forecast, quality reject/claim and shipping/payment term - Assist in sourcing for new suppliers to develop alternative sources - Manage supplier relationships and performance monitoring - Coordinate with internal departments on inventory requirements and demand planning - Conduct cost analysis and price negotiations with suppliers - Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field - Business level of English - Min. 2 years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement from FMCG or food manufacturing industry - Good understanding of purchasing processes, supplier management, and order fulfillment - Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders - Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Available to join as soon as possible
