Job Description
- Identifying and negotiating with suppliers to ensure the best quality and prices for ingredients and supplies. - Make plans to decrease the number of suppliers to increase the order volume per supplier to make cost negotiation well. - Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that the restaurant has the necessary supplies without overstocking. - Placing orders for food, beverages, and other supplies based on the restaurant’s needs and inventory levels. - Ensuring that all purchased items meet the restaurant’s quality standards. - Suggestion of other menus using currently used ingredients - Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply chains. - Staying informed about market trends and new products that could benefit the restaurant. - Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions. - Ensuring that all purchases comply with health and safety regulations. - Maintaining accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, and supplier information.
Job Requirement
・Working experience in bigger restaurant chain company for purchasing/procurement as manager ・Experience of selecting (Focus) suppliers to minimize the cost for optimization ・Ability to negotiate with suppliers on equal terms ・Be able to work under pressure
