Job Description
- Manage and control daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved according to the production plan - Oversee the injection molding production process, including production capacity, manpower, machine utilization, and production schedules - Monitor and improve productivity, quality, BIQ, and production efficiency across each production line - Identify and reduce production defects, waste, and other quality-related issues - Analyze production problems and implement effective problem-solving and corrective actions to improve productivity and production performance - Monitor the performance of each production line and identify opportunities for improvement - Ensure products are produced according to required quality standards and specifications - Coordinate production activities to ensure on-time delivery and sufficient supply to the next process - Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, including production performance, quality, productivity, and improvement activities - Coordinate with related departments, including Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse, and PPIC, to resolve production-related issues - Manage, supervise, and develop production team members to achieve departmental targets - Establish and monitor production KPIs and take appropriate actions when performance does not meet targets - Promote continuous improvement activities to improve production efficiency, quality, and operational performance - Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and manufacturing requirements - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field - Business level of English proficiency - Have 5 years of experience as Manager/Assistant Manager in plastic injection molding automotive manufacture - Proven experience in reducing defects and improving production quality and understanding of productivity, quality, and BIQ-related activities - Good communication and interpersonal skills
