Job Description
- Calculate manpower requirements according to monthly and annual production plans - Ensure all production activities run smoothly - Create production activity reports including monthly and progress reports - Establish and control mold preventive maintenance plans to ensure production runs according to plan - Ensure production control based on the established production schedule - Set production productivity KPIs and ensure KPI targets are achieved - Carry out improvement activities in Production to increase output, line balance, labor efficiency, and material efficiency
Job Requirement
- ・More than 5-10 years working experience as production position in 2W4W related manufacture (Casting) - ・Stable career *Check note - ・Have working in Japanese company is prefer - ・Have Management experience (Any title is fine)
