Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> Improve and optimize manufacturing processes to increase productivity, reduce operational costs, and enhance product quality - Work closely with other teams to implement process improvements and introduce new production technologies - Monitor production operations, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective and preventive actions - Identify and execute opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization - Provide technical support to production teams and resolve manufacturing-related issues - Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff in coordination with the Human Resources Department
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering ・Active conversational level of English ・Minimum 3 years of working experience as Production Engineering Manager or 10 years as Production Engineering Assistant Manager in a steel fabrication company ・Hands on experience and good understanding of welding machines, robotic welding systems, press machines, cutting machines, milling machines, and drilling machines ・Good leadership and able to work underpressure
