Job Description
- Create and manage detailed production schedules to ensure products are delivered on time - Oversee and coordinate production processes to maintain smooth operations and timely output - Work closely with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve issues, applying corrective measures when necessary - Evaluate inventory and production capacity to make the best use of available resources - Collaborate with supply chain and procurement departments to ensure timely availability of materials - Continuously monitor production and adjust plans as needed to meet shifting demands - Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and quality assurance, to ensure cohesive production operations - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Min. Diploma degree in Industrial Engineering - Min. Conversational English proficiency - Min. 3 years of experience as Production leader in the automotive or electronics manufacturing sector with proven expertise in managing assembly line operations, including the entire production team, Group Leaders and Line Leaders - Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards - Skilled in calculating workforce requirements, production lead times, and material needs
