Job Description
- Develop innovative bakery applications and product concepts based on market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities. - Create and standardize recipes for pastry, cake, Danish, and bread applications using company products. - Conduct product testing, evaluation, and validation to ensure consistency, quality, and feasibility. - Provide technical support and product demonstrations for customers, distributors, and internal sales teams. - Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to develop value-added product solutions and promotional activities. - Manage and supervise distributor operations of the Baking Centre during events. - Ensure proper utilization, maintenance, and organization of baking equipment and facilities. - Plan and execute baking demonstrations, customer workshops, and technical training programs. - Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards within the Baking Centre. - Develop, implement, and continuously improve technical systems, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Establish recipe documentation standards and technical manuals. - Monitor compliance with established procedures and recommend corrective actions when necessary. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and product quality. - Lead, coach, and develop Assistant Managers and Technical Staff. - Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure achievement of departmental objectives. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. - Identify training needs and support employee development programs. - Foster teamwork, discipline, and a culture of continuous learning. - Prepare technical reports, project updates, and activity summaries for the Division Head. - Coordinate cross-functional projects with Sales, Marketing, Production, Quality Assurance, and R&D teams. - Support business development activities through technical expertise and customer engagement. - Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Min High Diploma degree from any field. - Business English proficiency. - At least 10 years of experience as Technical Sales, with a minimum of 5 years at Assistant Manager level, from Food (bakery product) Manufacturing industry (Experienced in doing technical demonstration). - Leadership and team management skills, Strong communication and presentation abilities, Problem-solving and analytical thinking, Project management and organizational skills.
