Job Description
・Process and manage Purchase Orders (PO) for business operational needs. ・Ensure timely and accurate procurement in line with company requirements. ・Monitor purchasing activities to maintain efficiency and compliance. ・Manage vendor relationships, including evaluation and performance monitoring. ・Conduct price negotiations and contract discussions to achieve cost efficiency ・Ensure vendors meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations. ・Handle end-to-end import shipment processes, including documentation and customs coordination. ・Ensure compliance with local regulations and international trade requirements. ・Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. ・Ensure smooth execution of the procure-to-pay cycle. ・Collaborate with finance and other departments for payment and reconciliation processes. ・Analyze procurement costs and identify opportunities for savings. ・Support budgeting and cost optimization initiatives. ・Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
・Min Diploma degree ・High Conversational English proficiency ・Min. 3 years of experience as Procurement & Logistic Supervisor from any industry ・Strong knowledge in import transactions & P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes ・Strong in commercial & cost awareness, vendor management ・Strong negotiation, good work ethics, detail-oriented, and high integrity
